Hayley Orrantia, an American performer, actress and song writer. The most famous of her role includes Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," a comedy TV show. Her primary focus is as a performer. According to her, music has always been her first love. Her first training began in the field of music professionally when she was 12. In 2013, she took the plunge into songwriting and made her first album. Since then she's never been back. Orrantia has Hispanic heritage, yet was born in the USA. While she has never lived in or spoke Spanish in Mexico She is strongly proud of her Hispanic culture. Her goal is to preserve the culture by writing Spanish songs, and also taking classes in the language. One of her attempts was a Spanish song called 'Hasta Verte.' Orrantia tried out for The X Factor in 2011. Orrantia got selected as a result of an YouTube video and was awarded 4 "yes" vote from judges at the time of live auditions held in Seattle, Washington. At first, she auditioned as a soloist, she as well as three female singers were grouped in the final auditions during "Hollywood Week". The live performances were held in the 5th week.
