Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices that deal with Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and Cultural Development. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of leaders to achieve objectives for business, particularly in periods of fast development and change. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She's passionate about learning and envisions developing team and leadership as the ultimate competitive advantage. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders and coaching them with proven outcomes. This experience helped create organizations that were characterized by innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. These include being an participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to helping women become leaders providing training for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association located in North America with the specific mission to provide training in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also helping to support Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national dedicated to reversing the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities to help those affected by the illness of addiction.
