Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. Ariel Khadr began her career in fitness in the year 16 when she stopped her gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year, at the age of 17. She was among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel has been away for six years from the stage, after obtaining the Pro Card required to complete her studies at college. After finishing her college studies Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She continued where she was in prior shows, which included her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued throughout the years following her debut on the show and set higher targets for herself every year. In 2009 she won four more health titles. She was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel has taken six years off from competitive sports after obtaining her pro-card to complete her education at college. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later Ariel stepped on to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel says she was more than happy about her achievement. Ariel was competing against some of the most talented athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel likes to exercise her back. The routine for her back consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups that are done with machines, along with bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first before beginning an actual workout. In addition, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
